Ordering & Delivery

1. Delivery Charges

Deliveries will be free of charge to mainland UK unless otherwise stated on the website. Some postcodes are not included in this and do carry additional delivery charges and you will be notified as soon as possible about this, Delivery charges to other areas are available on application. Office Reality reserves the right to impose further delivery charges if delivery is not able to made on the first attempt due incorrect information being supplied by the buyer.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times quoted are done so in good faith but shall be non-binding. Office Reality will not be liable for any loses incurred by the buyer or any other persons as a result of a delay in any part of the delivery. Deliveries shall be made between business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

3. Delivery Information

Deliveries will be made to the goods inwards department or the reception on the ground floor, Off loading facilities and assistance must be provided by the buyer, failure to provide adequate assistance may result in the delivery having to be aborted and additional charges imposed on the buyer. If further assistance or installation is required this must be made clear at the point of purchase. Deliveries must be checked and accounted for prior to signing the delivery note; any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to Office Reality in writing within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. All items are delivered flat packed for self-assembly unless otherwise stated or agreed prior to purchase.

If goods are to be installed then the area must be clear, accessible le and free from other trades and workers. The Seller reserves the right to pass on charges it incurs due to delays incurred by the Buyer.  

4. Manufacturers Lead Times

Manufacturers lead times are given as a guide for delivery, Office Reality cannot be held responsible for any change in the  lead time due to manufacturing issues.

5. Confirming Your Delivery Date

To track your delivery please email us info@officereality.co.uk or alternatively please call us on 01823 663 880, Deliveries will not be booked in unless otherwise stated by Office Reality, Delivery Times cannot be given, it is expected that the buyer can accept deliveries between business hours, any deviation from this may incur additional charges.

6. Availability

All products are subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or have an extended lead time.

7. Made To Order Items

Items that have been made to order or made to a customer’s requirements are non-returnable, made to order items may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our sales team on 01823 663 880 after this time additional charges may be applied to amend orders where it is possible to amend.

8. Ordering Errors

It is possible to correct any errors up until the point of payment on the website, after this time any amendments must be made within 24 hours by contacting us on 01823 663 880 or customerservices@officereality.co.uk failure to report any errors within this time may result in additional charges or extended lead times.

9. Cancelling Orders

Please contact us at customerservices@officereality.co.uk with any cancellation request, If your goods have not yet been received it is likely we will be able to cancel the order without further charge, However if the goods have been delivered and you wish to cancel the order we will impose a charge for the collection and re-stocking of the products. Made to order items cannot be cancelled once manufactured or delivered.

10. Returns Policy

Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled and in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition The responsibility and costs for the return of the goods is with the Buyer and to a collection point designated by the Seller. We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods to cover of restocking this will be deducted from any refund given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods providing these conditions are met

11. Payment of Orders

Unless otherwise agreed with Office Reality, payment is required in full with order, this can be made with credit or debit card or alternatively a pro-forma invoice can be supplied, please contact our sales team to request a pro-forma 01823 663 880 or to discuss alternative payment options. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest at the current bank rate for payments that are not received within the agreed term.
